Orders will be received and processed within 24 hours
MK HAIR isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. MK HAIR Inc. does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships

We DO NOT ship on Weekends & Federal Holidays
USPS priority shipping is (2-5) business days depending on your location
USPS express shipping: $30.00 (1-2) business days
Once a order is shipped we cannot cancel a order
We also CANNOT change or ship to an alternate address once your order is placed
If your package is returned to us for insufficient address or refusal there is a $20 restocking fee
